Erick J. Herman
President, Project Manager
- Started out in landscaping in 1984.
- Attended Alfred State University for Landscape Development.
- Has completed courses in drafting and several landscape-related topics.
- Opened his first company in 1989.
- Supervises on-site operations. Deals directly with homeowners to complete construction projects in a timely manner.
- Supervises and directs maintenance crews to achieve smooth and efficient services.
Craig S. Lent
Project Estimator/Designer
- Attended a two-year course at Farmingdale University and received a Certificate in Horticulture. Made Dean's List several times.
- Has been in the landscape industry for 17 years, during two of which he ran his own company.
- Has attended countless seminars and has done extensive research related to diagnosing tree and turf issues.
- Uses C.A.D.D. design program (VectorWorks) for landscape plans.
- Draws from an extensive knowledge base in proper plant usage on Long Island, with a deep enjoyment of design and installation.
- Finds working with homeowners rewarding when he's able to supply them with a functional landscape they truly love.
Rachel Eggert
Office Manager
- Attended Mary Louis Academy High School in Queens, Queensboro Community College, and Suffolk Community College.
- Has worked for Herman Bros. for seven years.
- Handles a wide variety of daily tasks involved with running the business smoothly.
